WITH the first phase of the 9 Seputeh project 86% sold and expected to be delivered next year, infrastructure and property developer Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) is launching the next phase of the 7ha mixed development fronting the Klang River.

Called Tria Seputeh, the private residential development will occupy 1.86ha of leasehold land next to the RM2.3 bil first phase, which comprises four residential towers and commercial component.

“Because this is a purely residential project, Tria Seputeh will have the added security of being a gated and guarded community with electrical anti-climb fence and a three-tier security system,” says MRCB chief operating officer Kwan Joon Hoe.

Developed by MRCB subsidiary Gapurna Land Sdn Bhd, the project with a gross development value (GDV) of RM872 mil will comprise three towers catering to different groups of buyers, he tells FocusM.
