Bored with wearing generic designs by big brands, consumers these days want something that’s personalised and close to their heart.

Printing a t-shirt with your name on it is one way of personalisation, but it would have been a tedious and expensive process in the past. Today, with the help of the internet, it can be done with a few clicks of the button.

“Gone are the days when people would rush to buy a design from a brand. They are now looking for small, unique or indie (independent) labels as they want to be unique.

“Even within an indie brand, shoppers are looking for those that allow them to customise an item to truly reflect them,” Threeciety Sdn Bhd (3ciety) founder and CEO Ija Mohan tells FocusM.
