Adenland Group of Companies is looking at another positive response when it launches its Aman Plus project sometime this month. The project is the third phase of its Taman Kuantan Jaya housing development in Kuantan.

The optimism on the take-up for the latest phase stems from the success of the first and second phases of the development, which were fully sold in a matter of months.

Adenland CEO Nicholas Chang Hon Nyan tells FocusM that Phase 3 would be launched this month with the units expected to be completed within two years from the date of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA).

“Our promise to purchasers of this latest phase is that we are going to give them three years free maintenance, which includes the clubhouse fees,” says Chang, adding that it will open up the clubhouse to residents of the other phases as well.

“This is something we never promised (Phase 1 & 2 residents) but we are hoping to give it to them as something extra,” he says.
