Pomen app inks MoU with MARii at Malaysia Autoshow

Pomen App, a 24/7 digital car assistance ecosystem app, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Malaysia Automotive, Robotics & IoT Institute (MARii) at the Malaysia Autoshow 2019 as the organization’s Big Data Analytic (BDA) technology partner to continue driving the automotive industry.

This year, Pomen App participated at the Malaysia Autoshow 2019, themed “Mobility for All” at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) to showcase its app features and benefts to all four-wheel enthusiasts. In conjunction with the participation, Pomen App has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with MARii. Pursuant to the terms of the MoU, the company has been selected to be MARii’s Big Data Analytics (BDA) technology partner.

The MoU was inked by Dato’ Madani Sahari, Chief Executive Officer of MARii together with Syed Zulhilmi Tuan Sharif, Chief Executive Officer of Pomen Autodata Sdn Bhd.

“We are extremely proud of the opportunity, as this MoU will enable Pomen App to work together with MARii to put forward our technological know-hows in order to come up with innovative solutions and drive the automotive industry forward,” said Syed Zulhilmi, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pomen Autodata Sdn Bhd.

As a participant in Malaysia Autoshow 2019, Pomen App showcased the latest and future trends of smart workshop at Mobility Town Booth 6C. The company was also present at the After Market Booth 5A, along with the other players of the automotive industry.

“This showcase is about introducing Pomen App to the industry players and visitors on how we are constantly looking for opportunities to collaborate with one another to drive the progress within the industry. We managed to demonstrate our Digital Roadside Assistance and Pomen Partner Dashboard for CRM, Accounting, Customer Complaints System, Workshop Rating and Big Data Analytics at the session” added Syed Zulhilmi.

As of March 2019, Pomen App is available across the Klang Valley, Kedah, Perak, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Penang and Pahang. In the next few months, Pomen App has plans to get workshops in Kelantan, Terengganu, Perlis, Sabah and Sarawak on board, widening its coverage and making it available nationwide 24/7 for all drivers. Launched in October 2018, the app aims to help all drivers in getting help as soon as possible. One of Pomen App’s
key features is that a single profile can be created to include all members of a family within the app. Pomen App welcomes all workshop owners and platforms to be part of the Pomen App community.
