In mitigating the ongoing fear and anxiety sweeping our nation, it is now more important than ever, to cultivate happiness and positivity in our day-to-day lives.
As we continue to monitor conditions following the guidance of government and health officials, Sunway Lagoon practices stringent precautionary measures when handling food orders from the preparation, to the packing, to delivering, and to payment. These include, incorporating enhanced safety measures such as:
Preparation
-Temperature screening of all staff prior to entering the working area.
– Washing hands with soap for 20 seconds before and after every meal prepared.
-Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation area every 30mins.
-Wearing hairnets, gloves, and face masks when preparing food.
Packing
Food is packed securely with a food seal stating the food preparation date and time, the name of the chef that cooked the food, name of the staff that packed the food, as well as their body temperatures when doing so.
Delivering
-Delivery person wears a face mask and gloves at all times, sanitizing their hands before and after providing the order item to the customer.
-Staying 1 meter away from the customer, the delivery person avoids all contact by allowing the customer to collect their order item from the delivery vehicle themselves.
Payment
Cashless payments (payment is made online prior to the delivery).
