The online jeweller established in 2012 is always ready to provide accessible, high-quality jewellery. Now it offers an extensive range of services, including jewellery repair and routine services at their first Service Hub in Atria Mall, Petaling Jaya.
“We’re thrilled that our Service Hub has become a reality. While all our pieces are available online, we brought this hub to life so that our customers are able to come to us directly for professional maintenance and personalised suggestions on how to care for their jewellery,” said Ethon Low, Founder and Managing Director of Tailored Jewel. As Malaysia’s first online jeweller with a storefront, Tailored Jewel combines online and offline shopping experience at their retail store, “It’s like buying something online but you get to see it in front of you. So Tailored Jewel is trying to redefine how a luxury retail experience is like and we do it in a technical manner.”
Along with the Service Hub opening, Tailored Jewel has launched its firstever Everyday Jewellery collection that features timeless, minimalist pieces with young and upwardly mobile women in mind.
“We saw a gap in the jewellery market and found a way to bridge it. Now we’re able to offer meticulously crafted pieces that women can self-gift at very reasonable prices. In fact, with the oncoming year-end festivities, it makes for brilliant presents too!” said Andrea Kee, Creative Director of Tailored Jewel.
The collection is crafted for women who are looking to complement their everyday dressing with striking simplicity. Choose from a collection of necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings in 14k rose gold or white gold, set with the highest grade 0.08-carat diamonds. Prices range from RM950 to RM1350.
