HARRISONS Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd has re-designated its executive director cum acting CEO Chang Kon Sang to executive director cum CEO on Feb 5.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing on Feb 7, the company said Chang, 69, was appointed as the executive director cum acting CEO on Aug 5, 2019. He was appointed as the managing director of Harrisons Sabah Sdn Bhd on Nov 1, 1997.
Harrisons is involved in the marketing, sales and distribution of building materials, industrial and agricultural chemical products, liquor products, consumer goods, engineering and the operation of shipping, insurance and travel agencies. – Feb 7, 2020
