LEMBAGA Tabung Haji (LTH) has appointed Rozita Khamsiah OthmanTH appoints Rozita Khamsiah, Ahmad Shahriman to Senior Management positions as board secretary and Ahmad Shahriman Johari as general manager of public affairs and group corporate communications effective March 9 and April 1, 2020, respectively.
In a statement today, LTH said the new appointments are in line with its efforts to strengthen the organisation’s leadership.
“Rozita Khamsiah has wide experience as an internal legal adviser and licensed company secretary in various industries including government financial institutions, construction and property development.
“Before joining LTH, she was senior vice-president at Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd responsible for managing the company’s legal affairs, including leading, managing and monitoring the service delivery of legal advice,” it said.
LTH said Ahmad Shahriman was previously corporate communications chief at Sime Darby Property Bhd, managing the company’s public relations and communications.
“He has wide experience in media communications, and was previously chief news editor at New Straits Times,” it added. — April 6, 2020, Bernama
