SkyWorld completes SkyLuxe On The Park in Bukit Jalil

SKYWORLD Development Sdn Bhd’s “SkyLuxe On The Park” in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, has been completed ahead of schedule and is set to be handed over to owners this month.

The development will be Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) certified. Qlassic is a method to measure and evaluate workmanship quality of a building construction work based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7).

Its “habitat” concept takes inspiration from ant colonies, spider webs, chrysalises, bird nests and bee hives – which are reflected in the designs and layouts within the property, such as the kid’s play web, sky garden, and sky terrace.

SkyWorld COO Lee Chee Seng said: “Finally, our first home on the park is completed and we are very proud to showcase it to our business partners. It requires a lot of attention to detail, especially on the façade as the balconies are of different sizes to create two dancing towers from afar. This final product is definitely a great result of strong dedication and teamwork from our staff and consultants.”

SkyLuxe On The Park is one of the most upmarket developments in Bukit Jalil. As its name suggests, it sits next to the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, across from the 165-acre 18-hole Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort.

To blend into the park, SkyWorld took the initiative to beautify the perimeter boundary with lush landscape. “We have invested RM6.5 mil in the landscaping of SkyLuxe On The Park to ensure there are enough green spaces, not only within the development but also the immediate vicinity,” added Lee.

SkyLuxe On The Park residence has been fully sold.

Many of SkyWorld’s future developments will be location-centric – within Kuala Lumpur. With over 110 acres of land bank totalling more than RM11 bil in gross development value, the developer wants to transform the city, one development at a time. Its future launches would be in locations like Taman Desa, Sentul and Setapak. – Feb 21, 2020
