edumetro: The future of Subang Jaya’s growth

HCK Capital Group has signed a collaboration with SEGi College and Imperial International School to establish edumetro @Subang Jaya.

edumetro was established as an integrated development, envisioned to cater both lifestyle and business needs of its immediate and surrounding population area.

“We are delighted to establish a campus in edumetro due to its strategic location. Its integrated living and learning development concept makes it perfect for SEGi’s expansion,” said SEGi Group of Colleges chief executive officer Stella Lau.

“The development include retail shops at its doorsteps and with direct means of access and egress, offering convenience to our staff and students.”

According to Lau, the new campus will be able to house approximately 4,500 students. It’ll also be equipped with new education facilities for the latest teaching and learning methods for our students.

Offering hew views, Imperial International School principal Katherine Beadle said she is excited about the new venture as it will allow them to expand their brand across Klang Valley.

She added edumetro will also mark a new cornerstone for her school, thus allowing them to tap into Subang Jaya and its surrounding markets.

“We can now make it easy for parents to have various education options for their children,” envisaged Beadle.

HCK Capital Group’s representative, Datuk Clifford Hii said the collaboration is a mutually beneficial arrangement and expects edumetro to become a gateway to popular lifestyle, business and education hotspots in Subang Jaya.

“With SEGi College Subang Jaya and Imperial International School forming major components of edumetro, this development will create a vibrant place for all layers of society for a wide range of social activities.

“It’s our goal to establish edumetro as one of the most popular lifestyle and business hotspots in Subang Jaya, and also elevate Subang Jaya as the most recognised education pulse in the region,” he said.

Edumetro also gave a preview of its latest showcase, Colonial+LoSo Suites, which is designed as a set of lifestyle office small office (LoSo) suites with exciting co-working concept.

They form an ideal business and lifestyle venue for occupants to discover more space beyond their own area with engaging co-working facilities that spans 7,500 sq ft.
