KUALA TERENGGANU, 17 Feb -- Akta baharu akan diperkenalkan bagi melarang aktiviti merokok dan pemilikan sebarang produk merokok termasuk rokok elektronik (vape) terhadap generasi muda yang lahir selepas 2005, kata Menteri Kesihatan, Khairy Jamaluddin hari ini.

Beliau berkata, pengenalan akta baharu itu akan dapat mengurangkan keterdedahan generasi akan datang terhadap rokok dan produk tembakau kerana pengambilannya adalah faktor utama menyebabkan kanser dan menyumbang 22 peratus kematian akibat kanser.
