HAVING made many notorious claims in the past – not surprisingly – this latest claim by PAS must be taken with a pinch of salt.
In its quest to remind Malay-Muslims so as not to be deceived by DAP’s political agenda which only wants to lure the former to become a tool for the chauvinist party, PAS has made damning accusation of PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli’s revealing a DAP plot to destroy Malay unity and dominate the country.
In what he claimed to be an audio recording, Jengka state assemblyman Shahril Azman Abd Halim al-Hafiz said Rafizi noted that the political cooperation orchestrated by DAP was intended to damage bond among Malay leaders while at the same time enabling DAP to gain Malay support.
“But soon after, the party would stir up trouble with its partners by insulting Malay leaders and abandoning them,” claimed the PAS leader citing Rafizi on HarakahDaily. “DAP has done the same thing with PKR which clearly showed that the party was only interested in riding on the Malays and was never sincere in establishing cooperation.”

Again, citing Rafizi “who is famous for his formulas”, Shahril Azman said DAP prefers MCA because its action will not be considered as “backstabbing” while in the case of Malays, “they will be disposed of after being used”.
“Even to Rafizi’s regret, DAP had once ‘spitted’ on PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim when the party supported Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad previously in order to garner Malay votes.”

According to Ustaz Shahril, even though DAP declares its party to be made up of various races, that itself cannot erase the nature of those who only have affiliation to their own race.
“So much so, they show an extreme attitude against Islamic Sharia which is the right of Muslims in the Federal Constitution,” claimed the president of PAS Kuala Krau Region.
“DAP encourages the use of Chinese language in places where it is mandatory to use the national language in accordance with the Federal Constitution. They are even challenging the special rights of the Bumiputera in the Constitution.”
He added: “Henceforth, during the upcoming polls across six states, there is a need to reject the PH-BN (Pakatan Harapan-Barisan Nasional) alliance because one vote for UMNO-BN is one vote for DAP. One vote for Amanah is one vote for DAP. One vote for PKR is also one vote for DAP.
“Vote for PAS and Perikatan Nasional (PN). God willing, DAP will get weaker and PH-BN will fall.” – May 5, 2023
