Video of Malay busker serenading diners with Chinese song goes viral

A VIDEO of a Malay busker serenading Chinese diners with a Mandarin tune at a hawker centre has gone viral, eliciting many positive responses for both the performance and the performer’s ability to transcend racial divides with a simple song.

The video which has been viewed over 1.2 million times at the time of writing highlights the diversity and multi-culturalism that constitutes Malaysia.
