WHAT defines fine dining? Is it the elevated service, ambiance, unique cuisine or the overall experience?
For some people, fine dining involves having their golden-encrusted meal brought to their table in a smoke-filled briefcase by a little man. Yes, you read it correctly.
Adding to the fine dining experience was the fact that the midget will blow at the meal and perform some fancy knife maneuvers so the astronomical bill you have to pay later is justified.

The viral video has since garnered over 3,400 reposts and over 3,100 comments. But are our beloved netizens impressed by the performance? Not even a bit.
“Great. Just what I want, to have my food destroyed by an overly dramatic terror midget,” said one netizen while @rehhann claimed this was the most pathetic thing he had seen today.
“He breathed all over it? Is he vaccinated against all the different viruses?” @Dogthegod1990 wondered.
Also, netizen @zachrowell95 said he wouldn’t want it even if there was a discount. But @YaserMaqsud thinks it is worth it if the diner gets the briefcase for free too.
