‘You will be on your own’ Trump’s direct warning to Netanyahu over Iran

US PRESIDENT Donald Trump has issued a stark warning to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stating that Israel could find itself fighting alone if hostilities with Iran resume.

According to reports from Axios, Trump warned, “You better be careful or you will be on your own very soon.”

The tense diplomatic exchange follows a severe military escalation that has shattered a fragile regional ceasefire.

A wave of Iranian ballistic missiles targeted Israel in response to ongoing military operations in Lebanon—campaigns Tehran accuses the United States of directly backing.

Israel retaliated swiftly, striking key infrastructure inside Iran, including a vital petrochemical complex in Mahshahr tied to the regime’s missile program.

While both sides have momentarily paused direct attacks, the conflict continues to draw in regional actors. In Yemen, Houthi forces have declared a total ban on Israeli maritime navigation, targeting shipping routes near the critical Bab al-Mandeb Strait and launching aerial attacks toward the southern port city of Eilat.

As calls for international mediation mount, experts warn that without sweeping regional agreements covering Lebanon and Gaza, any local truce will remain dangerously temporary.
