FOR homebuyers seeking more space, greener surroundings and a comfortable family lifestyle, Semenyih is the answer.
Once regarded mainly as a quieter alternative to more established Klang Valley suburbs, the town has evolved alongside the growth of master-planned townships, educational institutions and a great number of conveniences.
Nowadays, the name Semenyih is synonymous with the dream homes that home buyers have always been searching for.
And they have every reason to be excited this coming 25 Oct, because something amazing is brewing among the green hills of Semenyih.
This Sunday, Hiijaun Heights by award-wining property developer HCK Capital is welcoming visitors to the grand opening of its sales gallery.
More than just a property showcase, the celebration promises a lively day of entertainment, creative workshops and family-friendly activities.
The day begins with registration and door gifts at 10.30am.
From 12.30pm onwards, visitors can enjoy lunch and a range of fun activities designed to bring families and friends together.
Young visitors and the young at heart can look forward to a balloonist clown, adding a playful touch to the festivities.
Those who enjoy hands-on creative experiences can also take part in the DIY clicker keychain workshop and dried flower coaster workshop, offering opportunities to create something personal to take home.
Visitors can further participate in the “Snap, Share & Redeem Freebies” activity, making it a chance to capture moments from the celebration while enjoying special rewards.
For those considering a new home, visiting the sales gallery can be a useful first step in understanding the immense potential of the property market in Semenyih.
