SYED Tamim Ansari Syed Mohamed has retired as chairman of listed planter Boustead Plantations Bhd, the group said in a June 24 bourse filing.
Joining Syed Tamim are directors Ghazali Mohd Ali and Chang Kong Yew. Syed Tamim also ceased to be a member of the nominating and remuneration committee upon retirement.
The three men, said Boustead Plantations, did not seek re-election at the 107th Annual General Meeting held today.
Boustead Plantations, a wholly-owned unit of Boustead Holdings Bhd, trended at 38 sen at the midday break today. – June 24, 2020
