BURSA Malaysia has approved property company Land & General Bhd’s (L&G) request for an extended deadline in submitting its 2020 annual report.
“The company wishes to inform that it will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 is issued latest by Aug 31, 2020,” L&G said in a bourse filing today.
This is in line with Bursa’s statement on May 6 that an extension would be given to listed issuers until Aug 31 in lieu of the movement control order imposed by the government to mitigate the spread of Covid-19.
L&G’s shares hovered at 9.5 sen or 5.56% higher at the midday break today. – July 24, 2020
