KEJURUTERAAN Asastera Bhd (KAB) has accepted two letters of appointment (LOAs) with a total contract sum of RM17.58 mil from China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd.
The construction group would act as a subcontractor for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical and extra-low voltage services to the Core Residences Project @ TRX (main building and external works) for Core Precious Development Sdn Bhd on three blocks of serviced apartments, KAB said in a bourse filing today.
Contracts commence today with work expected to be completed by Aug 12, 2022, KAB said.
The LOAs, the group added, are expected to contribute positively to its future earnings for the duration of the contracts.
