TAN Sri Mohd Noor Ismail has been appointed independent and non-executive chairman of courier services group Nationwide Express Holdings Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Nationwide said Mohd Noor, 85, had been redesignated chairman from non-executive director with effect from Jan 15.
Mohd Noor spent a sizeable chunk of his corporate career with diversified group Kumpulan FIMA Bhd from 1983 until his retirement in 2003.
He also served as independent director and chairman of Tradewinds (M) Bhd, and corporate adviser to Tradewinds (M) Bhd, Tradewinds Plantation Bhd and Padiberas Nasional Bhd. – Jan 15, 2020
