EARLIER today, Health Ministry’s CovidNow website indicated 43 deaths for yesterday and 13 was declared as “brought in dead”, bringing total fatality to 32,634.
The site indicated 348 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 203 of them in need of ventilator support.
As of yesterday, Malaysia recorded 27,299 infections, bringing the cumulative total 3,395,170.
In a tweet, the Health Ministry also announced than 22,710 patients have been recovered, with the total discharged now standing at 3,063,560.
Sabah recorded the highest number of deaths at (9) followed by Selangor (8), Johor (7), Perak (6), Kedah (5), Kelantan (2), Pahang (2), Melaka (1), Sarawak (1), Terengganu (1) and Kuala Lumpur (1). — Feb 27, 2022
