ON the very eventful and meaningful Feb 14, KL Wellness City had the honour of hosting a very important guest, Dr David Silverman from the US to present the breakthrough technology of Redox Biochemistry which is native to human biology.
He represents ASEA Global, a pioneer company in Redox research and the world’s only manufacturer of consumer products powered by this technology.
Silverman said he was honoured to be the keynote speaker at the event at KL Wellness City on Valentine’s Day.
“I was impressed with the entire Wellness City concept and the explanation of the detailed plans and, most importantly, the people responsible for making this innovative ‘true health’ vision become a reality,” he shared.
Delivering a detailed session on ASEA’s anti-aging Redox Signalling breakthrough products that truly helps people live younger longer, Silverman encouraged those who have current health concerns or even wanting to look younger next year to give ASEA a try.
Free product sampling was given throughout the event in the carnival-like setting dotted by the presence of a durian truck serving cendol throughout the event with another rojak truck plus even a lok lok truck to disperse hunger pangs. That was besides the generous buffet served with a live grilled roast lamb station adding to the lunch menu.
On this eventful day, KL Wellness City’s founder and managing director Datuk Dr Colin Lee sprang a surprise by turning up and handing out red roses as a surprise gift to all of the lady guests present that day at the sales gallery. Adding to the air of camaraderie was a full buffet feast with a live grilled lamb station.
“We would like to congratulate ASEA on a great job done and a great event and we certainly look forward to seeing more of ASEA’s presence in Malaysia and South East Asia,” enthused KL Wellness City’s executive director (branding, sales and marketing) Datuk Seri Vincent Tiew.
It was indeed a memorable day etched in the memory of all those present that day who took the time to be among their industry friends and peers as they celebrated camaraderie and technology in improving lives.
Various lucky draws given out and the announcement of the 10 Best Dressed winners added volumes of excitement to the event while the presence of two gleaming Bufori car models parked in a V-shape at the entrance of KL Wellness City attracted a lot of attention.
Founder of Bufori Gerry Khouri was present to present the finer intricacies and workings behind the two models displayed.
No less than 10 VIP guests including Sunway Group’s Puan Sri Datin Seri Susan Cheah and A Cut Above’s Datin Winnie Loo and president of the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID), Ooi Boon Seong, were among the present at the event. Together with the sponsors of the event, they each received breakthrough ASEA products.

“For me, the day was a lifetime memory event,” added Dr David Silverman who is also a member of the ASEA Medical Professionals Board.
His presence is part of a stop-over of his Asian tour after presenting in Singapore before heading off to Jakarta and the Philippines before heading home to his native US.
