Aid cuts are costing lives: Bill Gates

Bill Gates, chairman of the Gates Foundation, joins Al Jazeera’s live from the studio. He says global child mortality had been declining for two decades thanks to widespread vaccinations, but recent cuts to foreign aid have reversed that progress.
