ASIA CEO Community is celebrating its 11th Anniversary with a regional gathering of business leaders, entrepreneurs and community partners in Kuala Lumpur, bringing together leaders from across Asia to strengthen relationships, explore opportunities and shape the next chapter of regional collaboration.
Hosted by the Asia CEO Community Malaysia Chapter, the anniversary gala dinner highlights the importance of meaningful connections that extend beyond traditional business networking.
Dato’ Vimmy Yap, President of the Asia CEO Community Malaysia Chapter, said, “The Gala Dinner is an important milestone, but it is not the destination. What matters is what happens after the dinner — the relationships that continue, the opportunities that emerge and the businesses that grow together. Our goal is to build a community where every meaningful connection has the potential to create something greater.”
The event welcomes YB Tuan Sim Tze Tzin, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), as Guest of Honour. Distinguished guests include Mr Peter Ho, Vice Chairman of Asia CEO Community, Dato’ Indera Abu Bakar Yusof, Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Mr Fung Ho Yin Owin, JP, Director, Kuala Lumpur Economic and Trade Office, HKETO, Dr Ong Kian Ming, former Deputy Minister of MITI.
The gathering also brings together regional chapter leaders, members, sponsors, partners and business representatives, reinforcing the community’s role in connecting leaders across markets and industries.

In 2026, the Malaysia Chapter introduced three community initiatives designed to extend engagement beyond formal business networking.
NOVA Circle focuses on nurturing the next generation of leaders by encouraging members to involve their children and younger family members in meaningful social and networking experiences.
EXPLORE Circle creates opportunities for members to discover new places, experiences and perspectives while building relationships beyond the boardroom.
CARE Circle encourages members to contribute to the wider community through meaningful initiatives, shared resources and collective support for those in need.
These initiatives reflect the Malaysia Chapter’s broader focus on building relationships, encouraging collaboration and creating positive impact beyond business.
