KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Edgenta Bhd today announced the resignation of its managing director and CEO Datuk Azmir Merican effective April 21.
Azmir joined the integrated facilities management group on Dec 4, 2012, as a non-independent non-executive director and assumed the role as MD/CEO on Aug 1, 2014.
“The board would like to thank Azmir for his services and wish him well in his future endeavours,” it said, adding the company had begun the process of identifying a suitable successor for the role. – Jan 24, 2020, Bernama
