Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognising excellence in employer practices. The Top Employers Institute Programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their human resources (HR) best practices survey.
The survey which covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics saw Avanade recognised for its outstanding standards in every assessment category, including: people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, well-being, and more.
Meanwhile, Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink said the turbulence impacting the workforce over the last few years has led many organisations to rethink the way that they approach the changing dynamics of work.
“Despite all this change certified Top Employers have continued to go above and beyond to maintain their excellent people practices in the workplace,” he added. — Feb 23, 2023
