SET against the backdrop of many jobless graduates struggling to get employed, British American Tobacco Malaysia Bhd (BAT Malaysia) has opened registration for its 2022 Global Graduate Programme, an 18-month fast-track programme for fresh graduates.
With the aim of creating future leaders, the Global Graduate Programme is part of BAT Malaysia’s commitment to realise its motto which is to build A Better Tomorrow.
“Our core strength has always been our people, and that will never change. To build A Better Tomorrow, we invite diverse talent to join us,” BAT Malaysia’s human resources and inclusion director Felicia Teh.
“Through our Global Graduate Programme, we provide a fulfilling learning experience for our global graduates, giving them access to robust development opportunities, international exposure and allowing them to make a positive difference in their respective roles.”
Upon the completion of the said programme, Teh said the global graduates will assume roles in their field of specialisation and continue to accelerate their growth as leaders of the future.”
Application for the Global Graduate Programme is open until March 31with selected graduates starting their tenure in July 2022. BAT Malaysia is seeking graduates in marketing, supply chain, finance and human resources.
To apply, one must be a recent graduate (graduated within the last two years), a Malaysia citizen, have an with excellent academic track record, secured a minimum second-class upper (2:1) or CGPA 3.2 and above, and possess strong leadership capabilities.
