IT SOLUTIONS outfit MM Computer Systems Bhd which eyeing a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia has pledged to continue supporting the Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) exercise upon its eventual establishment as a public listed entity.
As a symbolic gesture, the group has through its wholly-owned subsidiary Micro Technology Solution Sdn Bhd (MTS) chipped in a nominal RM5,000 to support MAC during the latter’s “Elevate & Empower: High Tea Reception for HIV-Free Generations” event at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton recently.
The event itself is deemed a significant fundraising initiative that brings together corporate partners, civil society organisations and community leaders to advance efforts in HIV/AIDS prevention, youth empowerment and eradicating societal stigma of the disease.
Funds raised will support MAC’s on-going programmes focused on creating an HIV-Free generation through education, outreach, and support services.

Established in 1992, the MAC is the leading umbrella body coordinating Malaysia’s national response to HIV and AIDS.
Over the years, the body has played a pivotal role in raising awareness, expanding access to prevention and treatment and providing vital support to affected communities.
MM Computer’s participation through MTS underscores the group’s broader commitment to ESG principles which remain central to its corporate strategy as the it progresses towards its planned listing on Bursa Malaysia.
