AFTER Perikatan Nasional (PN) candidate for the Kuala Kubu Baharu (KBB) by-election Khairul Azhari Saut has provided clarity to his seemingly ‘obscured’ tertiary education, PAS information chief Ahmad Fadhli Shaari has trained his guns on Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Pang Sock Tao by enquiring details of her primary and secondary education.
“The Education issue of the PN candidate has been resolved. The university has released a statement in connection with his Executive Master of Business Management as well as a transcript of the degree which has been circulated,” penned Ahmad Fadhli in a Facebook post.
“Now, I challenge the PH candidates to state her primary and secondary education. It will be interesting to know where she sat for her UPSR and SPM exams.”
Yesterday (April 28), political analyst Liyana Marzuki has described the curiculum vitae (CV) of Khairul who is the Bersatu Hulu Selangor division acting chief as “overly impressive” for he was able to obtain his diploma at the age of 49 and within one year upon having completed his diploma, pursued his Executive Master’s degree.
Probably not satisfied that the press secretary to Housing and Local Government Nga Kor Ming has not attended to his request, Ahmad Fadhli who is also the Pasir Mas MP has answered his own curiosity “with answers furnished by several sources”.
“She sat for the UPSR exam at SJK (C) On Pong in Hulu Langat, Selangor (a check by FocusM revealed that the school is actually located in Jalan Besar, Ampang) while she sat for her SPM in Sek Men Chung Hua Port Dickson, Negri Sembilan.
“Not sure if this school is vernacular school or not because its official website is not in the national language. Correct me my facts are inaccurate, The information was entirely sourced from social media.
“Thank you to the PH candidate. Voters (in KKB) can make better assessment now.”
One really wonders why Ahmad Fadhli is so engrossed in getting to the bottom of Pang’s primary and secondary school education for she has already stated clearly in her election profile that she is a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Hons) degree holder from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN).
Isn’t the candidate’s tertiary education matters more in his/her execution of duty as a MP or state assemblyman unless of course Ahmad Fadhli has some ulterior motive up his sleeve to undermine the PH candidate in the run-up to the KKB by-election slated for May 11. – April 29, 2024
