CAFÉ Chef Wan has unveiled its highly anticipated Season 4 Menu at its’ Melaka outlet in The Shore Shopping Gallery in celebration of Visit Melaka 2024.
Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh was present to witness the launch of the new menu which features an exciting array of dishes that were inspired by Chef Wan’s travels throughout all four corners of the globe.
Specially curated to tantalise even the most discerning tastebuds and crafted with the finest ingredients, highlights of the new Season 4 Menu include the Arancini Ai Funghi, Ohnokauswe-Burmese Curry Noodle and Smoked Duck Rigatoni.
“I’ve always had an insatiable passion for exploring the world through its diverse cuisines. Travelling has been not just a hobby but a profound source of inspiration for me,” commented Datuk Redzuawan Ismail who is affably known as Chef Wan.
“The New Season 4 Menu is a reflection of my culinary journeys and a testament to our dedication to innovation and quality of Café Chef Wan.”
Chef Wan also explained that the New Season 4 Menu marks the fourth menu revamp since Café Chef Wan opened in 2019.
“Our aim is to consistently keep our offerings exciting, fresh and creative,” he enthused.
“In tandem with the travel theme, we have also decided to launch our new menu at our Café Chef Wan in Melaka because I’ve always been moved by Melaka’s rich cultural, historical and culinary heritage.
“I hope that Café Chef Wan can play a role in bringing the world to Melaka in conjunction with Visit Melaka Year 2024.”
The launch event was supported by S&P Foods which specialises in high-quality coconut food products. S&P Foods has generously provided 100 bottles of their Cosip Coconut Water to all Café Chef Wan outlets.
This partnership is poised to enhance guests’ dining experience with a refreshing and superior beverage that perfectly complements the new menu offerings.
