Carabat AI opens first experience outlet in Wangsa Maju to champion smart living in Malaysia

MALAYSIAN technology innovator dedicated to smart living solutions, Carabat AI, has opened its first experience outlet at Sunway Avila Avenue in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.

The event marks an important milestone for the brand by providing a space for visitors to experience the full potential of smart living through AI-driven home and lifestyle technology.

In conjunction with its launch, Carabat AI has unveiled its hero product – a new line of smart home and kitchen appliances designed to integrate seamlessly with the company’s proprietary Astana App.

The app was developed to simplify the management of multiple smart devices, thus addressing common challenges where devices are often incompatible or require multiple apps.

By serving as the central platform of Carabat AI’s ecosystem, the Astana App enables users to automate, monitor and personalise devices such as air solutions, smart switches, home/kitchen appliances as well as CCTV and security systems – all from a single, intuitive interface

“Carabat AI was built with Malaysians in mind yet designed to global standards,” enthused Carabat AI’s CEO Shafiq Jailani.

“The Astana App and our smart appliances are more than just products. They form a complete ecosystem that brings smart living to life in Malaysian homes.”

The Wangsa Maju’s outlet also features interactive zones where visitors explored Carabat AI’s range of offerings.

AI and smart wearables, including smart glasses, rings and health-tracking devices were displayed alongside the integrated smart home ecosystem, thus allowing visitors to interact with the technology and experience its practical benefits firsthand.

The brand aims to strengthen its market presence by expanding to 15 experience outlets across major Malaysian cities within the next one year, according to its marketing manager Perakash Nair.

“This experience outlet marks the first step in our nationwide rollout strategy. We are projecting a 30% year-on-year (yoy) growth as consumer adoption of smart home technology continues to rise.

“By providing accessible and practical smart living innovations, we believe Carabat AI can play a major role in shaping Malaysia’s smart living future.”

In addition to the Wangsa Maju outlet, Carabat AI will open three more experience outlets in Sri Hartamas, Penang and Kota Bharu on the same day (Oct 15).

The company is also planning additional outlets in Wisma Sabah, Seremban 2 and Subang which are targeted to open in November. These new locations will continue the company’s mission to provide Malaysians with hands-on access to innovative, smart living solutions.

Founded with a vision to make smart living accessible, practical and user-friendly, Carabat AI combines Malaysian-led design with global manufacturing standards.

The tech outfit defines itself as a smart living specialist – creating technology that enhances everyday comfort, connectivity and convenience.
