COMINTEL Corp Bhd has received approval from Bursa Malaysia to suspend trading of shares pending an announcement.
“The request for suspension is made under Paragraph 3.1(b)(v) of Practice Note 2 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd,” Comintel said in a bourse filing today.
Comintel’s core business is in providing solutions to IT and telecommunication companies.
At the time of filing, Comintel’s shares traded at 17 sen after the midday break. – July 22, 2020
