CONSCIENCE Gourmet, a food and beverage (F&B) group affiliated with the thriving Bake Touch & LeVain Group Malaysia, is expanding beyond their roots in F&B original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to explore fascinating culinary possibilities with the launch of five new F&B brands.
With the franchising, the group will introduce new exciting products to consumers while simultaneously opening up an array of business opportunities.
The five new brands are Baketouch Microbakery (specialising in pastries), Micro Dimsum Hot Pot (offering a variety of halal dim sum and hotpot cuisine), Firemomo (a warm and hot specialty dessert concept), Gelatoto (a quality boutique gelato parlour) and Nature Touch (a vegan-centric online kitchen).
According to Conscience Gourmet’s co-founder Pivian Liew, the group’s decades of expertise is a spark that will assist them leap into new culinary possibilities.
“Our decision to explore a new segment of F&B was driven by our passion to provide diverse, delicious and affordable food that would satisfy the cravings of Malaysians,” she pointed out.
In total, Conscience Gourmet will open up eight new outlets across the new brands by April 2022. However, the group has aggressive expansion plans with targets to establish 50 outlets across the brands by 2023.
These targets will be driven by franchising opportunities that are now open for all five brands.
Launched in May 2021, Conscience Gourmet is associated with Bake Touch & LeVain Group Malaysia which has a 37-year track record of holistic F&B solutions having brought to life over 1,000 F&B outlets in that time-frame.
Among the solutions offered across the group include F&B business turnkey solutions, food certifications consultation, pastry and other frozen food OEM supply, food machinery and equipment supply as well as menu development.

Expanding upon its expertise in crafting scrumptious premium breads & pastries, Conscience Gourmet’s Baketouch Microbakery will look to deliver to-die-for pastries to foodies across the Klang Valley alongside a mouth-watering list of breakfast cuisines.
· Micro Dimsum Hot Pot
Taking their specialty of frozen delicacies to a new exciting direction, Conscience Gourmet’s certified halal Micro Dimsum Hotpot presents diners with a dazzling array of delectable small bites and mala hot pot offerings to satisfy that warm and cozy comfort food cravings.
· Gelatoto & Firemomo
But it isn’t all just savoury, Conscience Gourmet is also looking to bring the sweet for all those sweet tooths. Firemomo offers a variety of hot desserts including chocolates, pralines and many signature desserts for those who fancy a fancy after meal treat.
· Nature Touch
Looking to cater to the increasing vegan and vegetarian population, Conscience Gourmet has also launched Nature Touch, a vegan-centric online kitchen.
