WHEN quizzed about home buyer preferences, most real estate agents responded that ‘convenience’ is a huge deciding factor.
This, they claimed, is one of the chief reasons behind the popularity of residential units at edusentral, Setia Alam.
Being located within an award-winning township of Setia Alam certainly helps matters as there are designated areas for shopping, leisure, sporting and other activities.
According to IOB Realty Sdn Bhd managing director Dawitt Tan, many enquiries, especially from first-time home owners, centred on a convenient lifestyle.
“Many prefer to have all the key amenities not just in the locale but are easily accessible. If they can walk or cycle to these destinations, all the better,” Tan remarked.

“The idea that the children could walk to school was very appealing as it saves hours in commuting time.”

“Many potential home buyers for edusentral are young, upwardly mobile executives who lead a very busy lifestyle,” emphasised Zhi Soung.
“The ‘convenience’ factor is again very much in their thinking as they will want dining and shopping options at their doorstep to save on time.”
“The Setia Alam Mall is just a stone’s throw away and there will be a number of retail outlets on site, making edusentral very much a self-contained development,” concurred IOB Realty’s Tan.
“Convenience and time saving really do appeal to today’s home buyers.”
The Harvard Suites are available in two configurations. The two-bedroom units will have a built-up area of 660 sq ft while the units featuring an extra bedroom will occupy 804 sq ft of built-up space.
