WHEN asked about home buyer preferences, most real estate agents highlighted ‘convenience’ as a key deciding factor.
This is cited as a major reason behind the popularity of residential units at edusentral in Setia Alam. Being located within the award-winning township of Setia Alam, which offers designated areas for shopping, leisure, sports, and other activities, adds to its appeal.
IOB Realty Sdn Bhd managing director Dawitt Tan noted that many inquiries, especially from first-time home owners, focus on a convenient lifestyle.
He stated, “Many prefer to have all the key amenities not just nearby but easily accessible. If they can walk or cycle to these destinations, all the better.”

“The ‘convenience’ factor is crucial as they want dining and shopping options at their doorstep to save time.”
“The Setia Alam Mall is just a stone’s throw away, and there will be a number of retail outlets on site, making edusentral a self-contained development,” agreed IOB’s Tan.
“Convenience and time-saving are highly attractive to today’s home buyers.”
Harvard Suites offer two configurations: two-bedroom units with a built-up area of 660 sq ft, and units with an extra bedroom, occupying 804 sq ft. Residents will enjoy a range of facilities, including a jacuzzi and swimming pool, allowing them to lead an exclusive lifestyle within the development.
