EARLIER today, Health Ministry’s CovidNow website indicated 56 deaths for yesterday and 11 was declared as “brought in dead”, bringing total fatality to 35,069.
The site indicated 261 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 153 of them in need of ventilator support.
As of yesterday, Malaysia recorded 14,692 infections, bringing the cumulative total 4,234,087.
Moreover, the Health Ministry also announced than 20,383 patients have been recovered, with the total discharged now standing at 3,997,786. — April 3, 2022
