EARLIER today, Health Ministry’s CovidNow website indicated seven deaths for yesterday and three was declared as “brought in dead”, bringing total fatality to 35,630.
The site indicated 38 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 20 of them in need of ventilator support.
As of yesterday, Malaysia recorded 2,017 infections, bringing the cumulative total 4,483,295.
Moreover, the Health Ministry also announced than 2,548 patients have been recovered, with the total discharged now standing at 4,417,694. — May 19, 2022
