EARLIER today, Health Ministry’s CovidNow website indicated five deaths for yesterday and one was declared as “brought in dead”, bringing total fatality to 35,612.
The site indicated 47 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 31 of them in need of ventilator support.
As of yesterday, Malaysia recorded 2,373 infections, bringing the cumulative total 4,475,873.
Moreover, the Health Ministry also announced than 1,340 patients have been recovered, with the total discharged now standing at 4,410,499. — May 15, 2022
