EARLIER today, Health Ministry’s CovidNow website indicated 12 deaths for yesterday and one was declared as “brought in dead”, bringing total fatality to 35,449.
The site indicated 97 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 64 of them in need of ventilator support.
As of yesterday, Malaysia recorded 6,069 infections, bringing the cumulative total 4,402,234.
Moreover, the Health Ministry also announced than 10,619 patients have been recovered, with the total discharged now standing at 4,274,746. — April 20, 2022
