A total of 95 out of the 118 reported deaths (80.5%) happened in the last seven days.

The remaining deaths occurred more than a week ago but were only recorded yesterday due to delays in data reporting.

“Of the current active cases, 860 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 478 of them in need of ventilator support,” Noor Hisham remarked. – Oct 4, 2021.
