MALAYSIANS celebrating Chinese New Year (CNY) gets a reminder to strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) as COVID-19 related deaths reached a high number of 19, bringing the total to 845.
Similarly, the number of new COVID-19 positive cases are also still high at 3,391, cumulatively adding to the number of 234,874.
Out of the 48,751 currently active cases, 310 patients are in intensive care units and 134 needing ventilator support.
However, there were 3,392 recoveries today, adding to the total of 185,278 patient recoveries in the country. – Feb 5, 2021
