EARLIER today, Health Ministry’s CovidNow website indicated 115 deaths for yesterday and 36 was declared as “brought in dead”, bringing total fatality to 32,942.
The site indicated 360 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 194 of them in need of ventilator support.
As of yesterday, Malaysia recorded 27,500 infections, bringing the cumulative total 3,496,090.
Moreover, the Health Ministry also announced than 27,557 patients have been recovered, with the total discharged now standing at 3,169,669.
Johor recorded the highest number of deaths at 25 followed by Sabah (24), Selangor (18), Kedah (8), Negri Sembilan (8), Perak (7), Pahang (6), Kuala Lumpur (6), Kelantan (4), Pulau Pinang (3), Melaka (2), Perlis (2), Sarawak (1), Terengganu (1). — March 3, 2022
