EARLIER today, Health Ministry’s CovidNow website indicated 92 deaths for yesterday and 33 was declared as “brought in dead”, bringing total fatality to 33,899.
The site indicated 388 patients are still in receiving treatment at the intensive care unit (ICU), with 215 of them in need of ventilator support.
As of yesterday, Malaysia recorded 22,030 infections, bringing the cumulative total 3,845,601.
Moreover, the Health Ministry also announced than 33,872 patients have been recovered, with the total discharged now standing at 3,502,760.
Kedah recorded the highest number of deaths at 28 followed by Johor (15), Selangor (14), Penang (7), Perak (6), Negri Sembilan (5), Pahang (5), Sabah (5), Sarawak (3), Terengganu (3) and Kelantan (1). — March 15, 2022
