Crew member missing after oil tanker, cargo ship collide off UK coast

A collision between a cargo ship carrying a toxic chemical and a US navy tanker full of jet fuel, is triggering fears of an environmental disaster off the English coast.

One person is reported missing but emergency crews have called off the search.
