EVERYBODY looks like meat when you are carrying a knife. But things will change quickly when you decide to carry a knife to a gun fight.
Take it from this video where a man was going amok with a butcher’s cleaver around Taman Jasa Ijok, Kuala Selangor.
It’s all fun and games, or hack and slash, until a group of police officers decide to jump him with their guns blazing.

Several warning shots were fired into the air and Cleaver Guy was forced to go down before he was quickly apprehended.
The brief video did not reveal the cause of the rampage but thankfully, no one got hurt.
Netizen @ipohcmemalee who saw the video pointed out that the officers should have fired into the air instead of the ground, fearing that the bullet may ricochet and hurt someone.
A captain from the internet, @EVostox, however, explained why this was not a good idea.
The tragedy also prompted @ameer_fahmie to suggest that the entire police force be equipped with tasers and stun guns to deal with threats.
Also @BilliBear3 said a stun gun should have been used instead of a pistol to subdue the crazed individual.
“Does he want to stop the bullet with that Speedmart bag,” wondered @psikosong seeing the guy placing the bag in front during the scene.

The police has since came up with a statement regarding the tragedy. The suspect, a 25 years old, male are now being remanded in custody for six days and will be charged under Section 307 Penal Code. —Oct 14, 2025
