Don’t take the pandemic lightly despite decreased new cases

FOLLOWING the good news of new COVID-19 cases dropping down to the hundreds, it seems Malaysians are taking the pandemic for granted.

Coupled with news of the Government allowing the standard operating procedure (SOP) breakers to appeal for a lower amount of compound from the RM10,000, it might cause the rakyat to be less worried about the global health crisis.

That being said, the country’s new COVID-19 cases went back to the thousands territory, registering at 1,482 today with seven deaths (total casualty: 1,272).

The number of recovering patients are also decreasing, standing at 1,070 today, out of the total 329,624.

There were also three new clusters detected in Sarawak. – March 31, 2021
