LIM is looking to extend his eldest daughter’s education to the tertiary level, the young lass currently being in the secondary school. Mindful of the expenses involved, Lim began planning for the eventual step.
The family is based in Ipoh and the patriarch has earmarked one of the private universities in the education hub of Subang Jaya as a potential institution.
Although his daughter has yet to decide on the choice of programme, he is confident that there will be something suitable given the plethora of choices available at the many institutions in the locale.
Lim had also been informed by other parents that suitable accommodation in the area can command premium rentals. This is when he began considering buying a unit for his daughter’s use when she eventually leaves the family nest to pursue her higher education.
The father’s attention was drawn to a new development in USJ 1 called edumetro. This is a mixed integrated development featuring commercial units and lifestyle suites.
He noted that SEGi College would be opening its new campus at edumetro. This well-established institution is certainly on Lim’s radar as a possible destination for his daughter.
Wouldn’t it be incredibly convenient if his daughter could just walk to class? Furthermore, it being in a gated community assures Lim that his daughter would be within the confines of a safe and secure environment.
The retail units will also feature convenience stores, F&B outlets and laundromats, meaning it will be a self-contained environment for Lim’s daughter. With this locale in mind, Lim made arrangements to visit the edumetro site with his daughter.
