WITH football craze expected to reach a fever pitch, Cheetah – the most dominant homegrown brand for sports and casual wear apparel since 1977 – has unveiled a special series of football jersey aimed at fans of the Beautiful Game throughout the country.
The collection is a showcase of Cheetah’s prowess in intertwining vibrant colours and bold designs with sports-oriented functionality to create a fashion statement on and off the pitch for football fans in support of their favourite teams.
The concept and design of these football jerseys are specially crafted by renowned designer and Cheetah’s very own creative director, Datuk Jovian Mandagie.
“The new Home Ground collection consists of casual looks for the avid football fans with complete range for male & female,” he explained.
“Oversized silhouettes with cooling fabrications promises ultimate comfort wearing it with active lifestyle. Vibrant colours chosen to celebrate this football season that is expected to be joyful to the world fans.”
Cheetah Holdings Bhd executive director Roy Ho Yew Kee further pointed out that Malaysians’ love for football is second to none and as a homegrown brand for sports and fashion, Cheetah is well poised to offer football fans an opportunity to express themselves and be united with the world in celebrating the upcoming football extravaganza.
“Cheetah also has a long association with football and is today the brand behind the official kit for Perak Football Club. The football jersey series that we have introduced are specially tailored to look good while perform equally well in any competitive matches,” he remarked.
Cheetah’s football jersey series is currently available at selected Cheetah department stores and two of Cheetah Flagship Stores in 1 Utama Shopping Centre and SkyAvenue (Genting Highlands) with a starting price from RM39 onwards.
Meanwhile, Cheetah has also organised an on-going Cheetah Football Contest in predicting the World Champion to win cash prizes, from now till Dec 19, 2022.
