As the ideal starter, the Feast of the Dragon is a customisable yee sang or prosperity salad aimed to bring a vibrant start to celebrations.
With the tender chew of Ayam Salai Madu (honey smoked chicken), the smoky elegance of salmon or the luxurious touch of Sabah lobster, each serving is a harmony of tastes and textures, hence promising an auspicious toss to usher in the lunar new year.
