A POLITICAL observer has ticked off the ruling Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition for being completely clueless by sticking to its corruption and reform narrative while ignoring the “Islam and Malays are threatened” narrative which strike the chord with the majority B40 and M40 groups.
To highlight the communication dan counter-attack complacency of the unity government in managing the onslaught of the opposition propagandists, pro-government of the day social media influencer Liyana Marzuki has listed down three narratives which she likened to “fire raging deep within a mound of rice chaff”.

I heard this from MUDA. Now their propaganda is that subsidies are withdrawn at the instruction of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
In fact, all the previous PMs wanted to withdraw the subsidies of sorts from the beginning but there was no political will to do so.
Indonesia and South Korea which borrowed from the IMF in 1998 do not encounter any national sovereignty issue. In fact, corruption and abuse of power in both countries are decreasing and their development pace has picked up.
